I was born in Finland December 1986, and am now based in Raseborg, my hometown. I became interested in art already at an early age, but it was not until I served the Finnish Marines between 2008-2009 that I fell in love with photography. Today I work as a professional photographer with work done for national as well as international clients, to mention a few: Adobe, Nikon and Oxford University Press. My work has been published in several notable publications and websites around the globe such as LA Times, Oprah.com, Mashable, China Daily and Moscow Times.
Since 2010 I have been interested to experiment and work with intentional multiple exposures. I like to think the process is part of the art, therefor I feel confident blending my images in-camera, both on DSLR and on film.

As a dreamer and photographer I am captivated to explore the world through a filter. Life can be beautiful, but the imagined always absorbs me.
Photography to me is a way to express and stimulate my imagination. Nature is simply the world. In my ongoing project that started in 2010 I portray with help of multiple exposure the surreal and symbiotic relationship between Man and Nature.
An important component of the process is the time I spend to explore a natural environment—getting to know what I have to work with and figuring out what I can achieve. Improvising depending on each environment is an fundamental component.
